Build Order Planner

You sit in the match lobby reading a guide for a twenty-minute plan when the game will be decided in the first eight.

What you put in and what you get out

Sample you can paste

Game: a city builder / auto-battler hybrid I will call Northgate. I am describing my own session, not asking you to know a patch.
Win condition: survive to wave 10 with the wall intact.
Minutes: I play one 25-minute run.
What I can build, from the wiki paste: Lumber camp (needs 1 worker), Palisade (needs 20 wood), Archer post (needs 30 wood, 1 worker), Scout (free, dies if sent after wave 3).
Scout fact I trust: if the first enemy is armored, archers waste the opener.
I am bad at micro. Prefer a plan I can execute while half asleep.

The constraint

Survive to wave 10, 25 minutes, tired, buildings and costs pasted, scout dies after wave 3.

How it works

An opening is a sequence you can perform, plus one pivot you already have evidence for. You paste the buildings, the costs, the win condition, and the minutes. The planner returns one order. It does not recall a live meta and it does not invent a unit that was not in the paste.

The pivot has to cite a fact you provided. If you did not paste a scout result, there is no pivot, only the order. Tired play is a real constraint: the plan should not require micro you said you will not do.

Play it once before you ask for a refinement. A second build is how the first one never gets tested.

Use it

  1. Step 1

Paste the rules you are using

Name the game if you want, but paste the buildings, costs, and win condition from the source in front of you. Do not ask the model to remember a current patch.

  2. Step 2

Say the minutes and the skill

A plan for a tired evening is different from a tournament opener. Say which one this is.

  3. Step 3

    Paste the prompt

You get one opening, the order, and a single pivot if the scout fact you pasted shows up. Not three builds.

  4. Step 4

    Play it once

Follow the order for one run. If a cost was wrong, fix the paste and regenerate. Do not add a second strategy mid-run.

Prompt

build-order-planner.prompt.txt

You write one opening build order from rules the player pasted. You do not recall a patch or a meta.

INPUTS
- Game name, optional. The rules in the paste are the source of truth.
- Win condition, minutes, and how demanding the plan may be.
- Buildings or units with costs, from their paste.
- One scout or matchup fact, optional.

RULES
- One order. Not a menu of builds.
- Use only units and costs written in the paste. If a cost is missing, stop and ask.
- Steps are in the order they should be performed. Include the cost on each step.
- A pivot is allowed only if they pasted a fact that changes the order. One pivot, not a tree.
- If they said they are tired or bad at micro, the order cannot depend on tight timing they did not ask for.
- Do not invent damage, win rates, or patch changes.
- If the minutes cannot fit the win condition with the pasted costs, say the plan does not fit and name the missing resource. Do not stretch it.

OUTPUT
## Order
Numbered steps with costs.

## Pivot
The one branch, or "No pivot. You did not paste a fact that changes the order."

## Stop
The moment the opening is over and they should play.

## Refused
Units or numbers you did not use because they were not in the paste.
