Productivity

Turn a messy inbox, a week of notes, or a decision thread into a list you can actually finish.

How Productivity agents work

Most productivity advice adds a system on top of the mess. These agents start from the mess you already have: a morning of email, a week of half-written notes, a meeting that produced three decisions and one piece of gossip, a thread where the choice got made in the middle of a tangent. The job is to leave you with a list a person can finish.

Inbox triage sorts subjects into reply, delegate, wait, and archive, and it drafts the sentence you would actually send. The weekly review turns a dump of tickets and scraps into three bets and the work to drop. The decision log freezes context, the choice, the options you rejected, and the date you should look again. Meeting notes become owners and tasks, with personal details kept out of the shared summary.

The agents do not invent owners, deadlines, or promises that were not in the paste. If nobody volunteered, the task stays unassigned and the agent says so. You still send the email and you still update the tracker. The prompt's job is to stop the reread.

Questions about Productivity

Does this connect to my inbox or calendar?

No. Paste the subjects, the notes, or the thread. There is no account link and no background reader. If a line is sensitive, leave it out before you paste.

What happens to personal details in meeting notes?

The meeting agent is told to keep health, family, and one-off personal comments out of the summary you would forward. Check the draft anyway before you send it.

Can I use the output as the official record?

Use it as the draft of the record. You confirm owners and dates. The agent is not a witness and it will not remember last week's meeting unless you paste it.
